Why Salvage Marine Network Was Formed

The need many boat owners face when it comes to having access to quality used parts, as well as inexpensive and discounted parts, has long been a challenge. Offering affordable parts for boat owners to do their own repair projects, we believe, can empower them to take better care of their vessels while also saving money. It’s not only practical but also fosters a sense of independence and self-sufficiency within the boating community. For this reason, Salvage Marine Network was formed in 2016. Founded by lifelong boat owners with years of experience working on their own boats, Salvage Marine Network has quickly amassed tens of thousands of boat parts available to purchase on our online store from anywhere in the world. Our store includes one of the largest inventories of New, Used, and NOS parts, and it continues to grow daily.

In addition to affordable part sales, Salvage Marine Network offers consignment and overstock liquidation options for boat owners, marinas, and marine repair facilities. We also help dispose of old boats and support the Rhode Island Fiberglass Vessel Recycling (RIFVR) project in their efforts to co-process “end-of-life” fiberglass boat material. We help our customers safely dispose of their boats, as well as disposing of the recycling materials through a smooth and environmentally friendly process.
